Explore the rich ecosystems of Queen Elizabeth National Park, which range from grassy plains to tropical forests, rivers, swamps, and volcanic craters, all home to a remarkable variety of wildlife. Embark on a morning game drive, with the majestic Rwenzori Mountains serving as the perfect backdrop, offering chances to spot lions, leopards, Cape buffaloes, elephants, Uganda kob, Topi, bushbucks, and giant forest hogs. After lunch, enjoy a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, witnessing hippos, crocodiles, and diverse bird species. The day ends with dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
After breakfast, we set off for Kibale Forest, a lush rainforest teeming with primates. The wildlife safari experience here offers encounters with red colobus monkeys, olive baboons, L’hoest’s monkeys, mangabeys, and several communities of chimpanzees. The dense vegetation and extraordinary biodiversity of Kibale make for an exciting primate-tracking adventure. By evening, we check in at the Lodge, where a warm dinner awaits.
